Your appointment is time reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore i require atleast a 48 hour notice for service cancellations/reschedules. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of remaining balance. NO SHOWS: If for any reason you cannot/will not attend your appointment, you must let me know before the time of your appointment. If you do not, it will be considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged 100% of remaining balance and will NOT be allowed to reschedule any appointments for the future. EXCESSIVE FALLOUT: If you have any issues within the 48 hours dont hesitate to contact me , i will be gladly to fix at no cost.
